Order acceptance
All orders are subject to confirmation of product availability and payment approval.
Pricing and payments
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Metal rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed before fulfillment using supported UPI or online payment methods. Cash on delivery is unavailable.
Repairs and customization
Custom orders and repairs require additional lead time. Once approved, they cannot be cancelled.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use beyond the purchase value.
